Today, the winds were kinder than they had been for the past week. The wooden exterior quietly groaned as the gusts beat against it. Any cold that seeped through was doused by a small hearth at it's center. Still his house was only so warm. Given the community of Valsk, the light-elf had only been offered this cheep shack they called a building. Regardless, the young elf took it. It was this place or live the years out in inn's and cave that would provide worse or kick him out. He shivered at the thought of it. The building was quite awful, but it served it's purpose. Overtime he'd managed to fix the place up quite a bit. Replacing the rotting wood for newer, safer ones. A simple desk, a couple of chairs and a bed. He even installed a window with the help from one of the more kinder Valskians. Aurea bless them.
Nohin stood up the his seat, the cold biting at his extremities. He tuck himself further under his coat, his pale hair drooping forward to cover himself even more. It had gotten quite long over the years. By now he would have cut off most of it, but he found it as rather good protection from this constant bitter weather. He ambled towards the window. Frost had covered most of the glass. He gave a small frown. He wiped it some of it away then peered outside. "Now might be a good time for a trip." His supplies were running low, and for what he needed, he was better off getting it from Belport than here. Though thinking more on it, now may be a good time to leave. Nohin was about to turn away until he spotted something outside.
A girl. An elf possibly. She had rather pale skin and eyes alike. Her hair even matched the snow covered ground. Another thing that surprised him what that she didn't look familiar. A stranger in Valsk. What kind of would business she be here for?
